Shipping, Pickup & Return Policy 

This policy outlines shipping, pickup and related procedures for all purchases made through No Limit Automotive & Performance. For complete return information, including restocking fees and non-returnable items, please refer to our Return Policy.

Order Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 24–72 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after order confirmation. Orders placed after 3:00 PM MST will be processed the next business day. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to become available.

Shipping Availability

Shipping is currently available within Canada only. We are unable to ship to Post Office Boxes or certain restricted locations. Some products may ship directly from manufacturers or supplier warehouses.

Shipping Rates & Freight Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on package dimensions, weight, destination, and carrier rates.

Oversized or freight shipments may require additional charges. Customers will be contacted before shipment if adjustments are required.

In-Store Pickup Policy

Customers selecting pickup will receive notification once their order is ready. Orders must be picked up within one (1) week of notification. Orders not collected within this timeframe may be subject to a 15% restocking fee upon refund or credit.

Tracking & Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has shipped and tracking has been provided, carrier delivery timelines are outside of our control. Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at checkout. Additional charges may apply for returned shipments, refused shipments, or address corrections.

Import Duties & Taxes

Certain shipments may be subject to import duties, brokerage fees, taxes, or carrier surcharges. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Customers must inspect shipments immediately upon delivery. Claims for damaged, incorrect, or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs and order information.

Many products sold by No Limit Automotive & Performance are intended for off-road or competition use only. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and confirming proper compatibility and installation.
