Return Policy
Returns are accepted on unopened and uninstalled products in resalable condition within 60 days of delivery. Products returned after 60 days are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
To request a return, email orders@nolimitautomotive.ca to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
All returns require an approved RA issued by No Limit Automotive & Performance prior to shipment. Returns received without an approved RA may be refused.
A printed copy of the RA must be included with the returned product.
RAs are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Returned products must be received by No Limit Automotive & Performance within that timeframe.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by No Limit Automotive & Performance or an incorrect item was supplied. Returned products must be shipped using a trackable shipping service.
No Limit Automotive & Performance is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
An RA does not guarantee credit. All returned products are subject to inspection upon receipt, and approval of any refund, exchange, or store credit will be determined at that time.
Customers are responsible for verifying vehicle fitment and compatibility prior to ordering. Products ordered incorrectly or due to customer error may be subject to applicable restocking fees.
Restocking Fees
Approved returns may be subject to manufacturer, supplier, processing, and/or restocking fees as follows:
- Within 30 days of delivery: 15% restocking fee
- 31–60 days after delivery: 20% restocking fee
- Beyond 60 days: No refunds, exchanges, or store credit
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Special order items
- Powder-coated products
- Electrical components
- Installed or used products
- Clearance items
- Custom-built products
- Products designated as non-returnable by the manufacturer or supplier
Most products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Our team will assist customers with the warranty process where possible; however, warranty approval remains subject to the manufacturer's policies and procedures.
